The order was delivered the next morning which was a surprise when the postman knocked with my parcel. I would have given 5 stars, but felt I must deduct one star because I had no way of knowing when my order was going to be delivered.
The website and checkout basket shows nothing about delivery which leaves the customer unsure if it’s a 3-5 working day delivery time of even 7 days etc. Plus there is also no mention of which courier service they use to let the customer know who to look out for. Perhaps this is something that Devada could include on their website?
I will definitely order from Devada again as they have a great range of quality products and I now know that the order is coming the next day!!
